Unfortunately, you can't copyright an idea for a Website. It is kind of like opening a store. Others can have similar stores, but the one that is best will get the most business, e.g. Friendster had their niche until Myspace opened and ran away with it. If the idea is new and unusual, you might be able to get investors to help with the startup, which gives you more of a foothold on the market. Good luck to you!
