Yes, they look like ordinary Americans for the most part. But they are here illegally, and take jobs away from us and enjoy all the benefits of citizenship without having to pay taxes for them!
If we can't handle the aliens from across out terrestrial borders, we will never be able to cope with the aliens from light years away.
And no, the problem won't be solved by just rolling over and letting them stay here. America is not infinite, and sooner or later, the illegal aliens would exhaust it and leave us all poor and starving. They have the attitude that they will just take and do not work or produce or share.
And, anybody desperate enough to travel light years away from their homes did not come here by choice. They are either the losers of a war, political exiles, disease carriers who have been evicted from their homes, or something else we don't want-- if they won't show themselves and engage in normal friendly diplomatic relations.

we are all aliens and we came from the planet mars...i'm sure you would think i'm not in my right mind with this answer but there are evidenced that a rock ejected from the surface of the mars 5 billion years ago had probably started all the life on earth this according to scientists who discovered the rock might be the right answer to the question if there were aliens among us

well, we've looked far into the deepest parts of space and we can't see to find any planet that looks like it has life as we know it.
Water is necessary for all life as we know it and no planet anywhere that we can see, and we can see into other galaxies, have liquid water.
Does that mean there is no life, well I don't know and neither does anyone else.
The odds of us being the only planet with life is very low if one is to believe that we are the result of a Big Bang that created all matter as we know it. Yet, the more planets we see that don't have life makes us wonder.
If life is different than all life we know, then it can take on any form at all. There would be no limits to shape, form, and function if these new beings are put together in a way different than everything we know.
Interesting question.

The possibility that there isnt other life in the universe someplace is nearly none exsistant. We have barely began to explore our universe outside our solar system. As for wil lthey look like use probably not. We look the way we do because of millions of years of evolution and adaptation. Life on other planets may have a evolved in a different atmosphere then use causing them to have to evolve completely different, Then again in an extreme atmosphere they may not have yet evolved the intelligents to communicate in an intelligent fashion.

Mathematical probability says there are intelligent beings out there; there is an astronomical number of stars with planets and so many stars are as average as the sun. Based on that the belief is probably there is intelligent life out there.
Either way you answer this question, it is mind boggling. Whether we are alone or the universe is teaming with life; both scenarios are fascinating beyond belief.

we simply don't know, we cannot apply our point of view to everything, images of ET we seen have always have hands, feet, eyes, but it might be, just might be that these body part are strange, even unknown to these possible 'aliens', maybe, being normal for them means have a body with no arms or legs or eyes.

Don't think that we are the only ones in this universe. According to theories, there are other living beings beside us. They are similar to us but smarter than us.

If you stand on any beach where ever. Is it possible to count or touch ever kernel/piece of sand? Do we have a understandable number to use for how many grains of sand there are on any given beach?
Now you moist your finger and pick up one grain of sand from the beach, that represents earth out of the heavens.
Now, try to convince us, that only that one grain of sand has intelligent life!
Does that seem logical to you! Out of the unfathomable number of grains of sand, only the one on your finger tip!
