You'll burn yourself out one day. It sounds like you're obsessive compulsive. You might be overcompensating for something else known or repressed. Have you ever considered regression hypnosis?

I do, I do! Man, I am in over my head this time too. I am hosting the baby shower for my sister in law. I made all of the invitations, bought all of the decorations, prizes, and will make all of the food. The problem is, there are almost 60 guests attending. I told them to please bring a chair bc I don't have that many, and I sure as hell am not going out to buy any. There isn't anything wrong with doing it, but we just need to not over extend ourselves. And, it is ok not to do it all of the time.

I am that way towards my art. I think it is wonderful to have that much passion towards something it is how I found my calling in this world. It sound like you have found your calling as well. To me you can never be too passionate about something. People who can't get motivated need people who are passionate to help drive them, so passion is a natural leadership characteristic. You should see if you can turn your passion into a job. Good luck! :)

I can relate... I do this a lot.... In almost everything I concoct in my brain... I am in a sense a little crazy, in my opinion... YES! I am a confessed perfectionist... I am thinking about even in my home... It has to be perfect... Not good.. I start decorating one room and it just goes nuts from there... LOL! My family likes it!
This is just one of the way too many to list... So be happy and enjoy the insanity...!

Nobody is in it 200%, that is a mathematical impossibility.
Any single individual can only be in it 100%, providing they are the only participant.
If more than 1 person is involved, the number goes down depending on the number of people involved.

Passion and enthusiasm are not a problem.
If you don't get on others' nerves or step on their responsibiliies, no problem
Most people would like someone with your energy.

I do. But it seems to me, the people never appreciate the extras we put into it anyway. You need to learn how to not stress yourself out. Quit sweatin' the small stuff. Simplicity is the way to go.

Ahhhh.....I thought this was a sex question. That's about the only thing one can say I'm too passionate about. But you know what? I don't think you really can be TOO passionate about sex. Can you?
