That is only like twice the dose! DO NOT DRIVE anywhere! - if you have family or a friend in the house have them keep an eye on you ... my wife usually laughs at anything when she takes two and then sleeps like a rock for 10 hours. MAC

By the time you read my response, the hydrocodone will be well out of your system, since its half life is roughly 3 hours and 20 minutes.
So you should already know the out come, you either are alright, or dead. Usually speaking, a 20 miligram dose of hydrocodone won't kill you, unless you are one of the lucky few who are allegric to it, then it might. Some one said in here that you should go lie down -- no, don't ever do that, even with a normal dose. Hydrocodone can have sedation quality, while upseting the GI tract at hte same time. This means that while you are sleeping in happy land, you can aspirate the contents of your stomach into your lungs, and die. Alright, I'm tired of answering this question.

symptoms of a vicodin OD include:slow breathing,siezures,dizziness,weakness, loss of conciousness,,coma,confusion,tiredness,cold and clammy skin,small pupils,nausea,vometin,sweating.
If you are experiencing any of these get to the emerg quickly. But vicodin needs to be prescribed and you would know the proper dose for you so im assuming you took this to get high right!?!? be careful this is a dangerous and addictive drug. is there someone with you if anything happens??

no im an avid drugee and ive seen people take like for 7or 8 10/ 1000 and he weighed 140 but remember all things in modertion and dont try that if ur freakin out about 1 500

Stay in a safe spot with friends for the next 6 hours. A lot would depend on your overall health and assuming no other drug or alcohol ingestion. If you were inclined to vomit, that would probably be a good idea.

Thats an awful lot of vicodin, you might want to call an emergency room and ask them what they think. Hope you are gonna be ok.

Why would you take 4? Pain, attention, made it up? For after surgery pain, I often see ordered 1-2 every 4-6 hours, so at 250lbs, not going to kill you, but may make you sick.

4 at the same time are you serious if it does not ware off in the next 4-6 hours i would be concerned and contact a Dr silly to take that much!!!

You will be ok. Just go lay down and gjo to sleep. You aren't going to od. I have taken vicodinalso and took a few too many myself and I just got sick at my stomach and threw up.
