need to get ripped and shreded and i work out daily with high reps base like a set is 20 reps but still no muscle definition...
i work with a schedule for these stuff
25 ml stanazol per day
50 mg ephedrene per day
500 ml sustanon per week
200 mg aspirine per day
200 mg caffiene per day
a low fat diet composed of 3 meals per day

Have you tried exercise/weight lifting?

How fast are you expecting these results ? Some of the buffed guys you see have been working out for years. And it takes ALOT of work to get these results. Blacks tend to get better results than whites. Not being racist, it's just a fact. I'd stay away from any illegal stuff as it's illegal for a reason. Results don't happen over night. Get off the ******* computer !

real vitamins or like I do V8 along with using your muscles or having a job to work hose muscles like I do. Get a lawn service and see what real works like. It also feels good to work hard

If your body's hormones have not balanced out you can do all the stuff and no muscle tone. Balanced diet and not extra crap will do better. I did that stuff for years and gave up. It only works for those who hormones have balanced out.

Get busy. It's gonna take some actual exercize!!!
