Try using lotion. Spread it on your finger around the ring, and turn it around in circles while trying to wriggle it off. You can also try dish soap or shampoo + a little water as well. This should definitely work. If it doesn't, you may have to take a trip to the hospital to have it removed if the ring is cutting off your circulation. If you are just bloated right now, lay off the salt and take a diuretic pill to lose some of the water. Just don't panic, cause that will make it even harder to get off. Hope this helps! Good luck.

try pouring olive oil on your finger and it should be able to come off with a twisting motion like unscrewing a cap. Use ice cold water on your hand first, this will help.
If the ring is very much too tight, like if you have had it on a long time and your hand has grown larger you may need to have it cut off, a hospital or first aid centre will have tools that will not cut you. Don't try to do it yourself you caoul injure yourself.

Use ice water in a container & fit your finger or hand into it for a few seconds. immediately apply olive oil to the area around the ring trying to get it worked down into the center. Use a twist turn method avoiding pulling hard. Pulling hard will only increase more swelling.

Any kind of lubricant will work. Soap, lotion, anything very slippery. if the ring is on as tight as i assume it would be very hard to fit a tool in between you and the ring so keep trying to get it off yourself before you resort to tools.

Use soap and water or lotion on your finger, and the ring should slide right off. I'm sure you've gotten this answer 25 times. You won't need to borrow your dad or boyfriend's tool box.....

ok! i bet you u have osme oil in the house! canola, olive, anything! it wont damage ring either. what you do is dab it around both sides of finger then some on ring. wiggle it a little bit. soon some oil will get under ring and will slide off. wont damage ring, but make it really shiny!

put some oily cream on your finger with the ring and let it soak in a lot and try to pull it off that way it just sleeps real easily or try soaking a towel in hot water and rubbing it all over the finger and let it that way slip off.

I'm going to go along with the first girl who answered your question and state that Windex really works. It has worked for me whenever I needed to get a ring off. Talk to your local jeweler and see what they recommend.

Cheers.

Soap, Olive Oil, Butter, Mayo. Never heard the windex, but try it! Other wise, I say go to the ER so the ring doesn't cut off circulation.
