Considering that Democrats are much more likely to take control of the House than the Senate, he could, and should be indicted. If Clinton can be impeached for banging an intern, Bush definitely should be impeached for intentionally misleading the American public.

Actually the House impeaches, the Senate acts as jury. But that would be #1 on the Democrat agenda.

I certainly hope so. It will be a tall order. There is so much ground to be made up that it is very unlikely that Dems will control the Senate. I would like to think that he will be impeached, before he does any more damage.

Impeachment is possible if the Democrats control the Senate because voting will determine the outcome.

i hope so!! but i don't think it will happen.
the democrats only can not impeach bush for disagreeing with his policy.
the country has to stand up and unite to impeach him.
plus, Iraq is such a mess and it will be pathetic if we leave now. believe me i'm against the war and i hate every minute of it but let's be realistic. Iraq is messed up right now and if we pull out now the country will fall apart and left for the Insurgents to do what they feel.
we shiit!! then we better clean it up.

No. The house impeaches (indicts). The senate tries the case.
Too bad you didn't take civics in school or pay attention when Wet Willie was in office.
Here try reading this. You might learn something (but I doubt it).

No. I recently posed a question asking for suggestions and better alternatives to Bush's war on terror. I received over 30 really lame brain replies and not one single alternate plan to deal with the Islamic Fascists. I truly believe that deep in their cranium, most politicians don't have an alternate plan to deal with terrorism and their only objective is to bash Bush in order to regain majority control. No, without a solid plan of action, they won't impeach.

I think his dealings will be under close scrutiny and if he is found to have done anything illegal then yes he will be brought up on charges. Will he be impeached it will depend on how many repuglcans shed their tiny little balls and vote for it. It takes a super majority to impeach a president.

I ABSOLUTELY hope so. I will be mailing letters to my senate and congress calling for impeachment.
Due to misrepresentation of intelligence data and impeachment of Cheney for "outing" a CIA operative.
Maybe we can be God Blessed again if we take down the self- rightous greedy bastards.
