people who decide to be "mail order brides" generally do it because they are hard up for cash and opportunity. they are pretty much indentured servants who enter into this agreement to get their own green card. if it is you who is looking for a green card, then you are offering yourself up as a "mail order husband," not the other way around. since the US-citizen woman isn't going anywhere, you are the one who is being "mail ordered." although you'd better be offering quite a bit of cash. ain't no US citizen woman likely to go for this risky arrangement any other way.
