That's too many drugs, man. Have your testicles shrunken to the size of peanuts yet? And that crinkling sound you are likely to hear soon is the sound of the paper-thin walls of your heart.

Stop with the trash. If you are a normal man, you can easily achieve muscle definition without drugs or over the counter medication.
Have you listen anything about sudden death? Keep on going with taking so much medication and if lucky, you'll end up in the hospital.
First, get muscles. For that, you have to follow a routine and always rest one day before repeating exercises in the same muscular group. Less repetitions, high overload will help you out increasing your volume. Being slightly over weighted in this period and having not much definition is completely normal. Takes time to build a healthy and beautiful muscular mass and certainly you will require a high calorie diet.
Once you've achieved the volume you want, then you can switch to a very strict diet low calories, low fat and carbs. Carry on exercising, go for more aerobic exercises and in no time you will achieve the muscle definition you are searching for. Fiber by fiber and nice defined veins.
For a man, the process might take minimum six month; nevertheless, you will notice progress from the first month on. Naturally, when developing muscles the definition is not so evident. It comes with the time.
No pain, no gain.

Genetics. Some people are stuck with the bodies they're parents gave them. Taking steroids gives you muscle mass, not definition.By being ripped I take it you mean low % body fat.You also failed to say how long you've been on this particular regimen.Try changing your workout with different exercises or lay off the weights for a few days to give your body time to rest. The body builds muscle when it's at rest.Overworking them can cause strain or more serious injury.

Get off the drugs first, and as for the muscles it can take a long time to actually see any improvements, so keep to a tight schedule and set goals for yourself, take it easy because you could injure yourself if you push too much too soon. Muscles don't grow that dig over night. Keep at it and good luck.

I hope you take everyone's advice, to stop the drugs, they are just messing up your body. You may not get "ripped" like you want because of your genes. Get a trainer.

Get off the chemical crap & start eating more protein to build those muscles. You are probably starving your body & it is using the carbos for energy instead of muscle building.
