I am on a committee, and need to have minutes sent to my address. They have tried, without success.

If you can send an e-mail OUT to someone on the commitee, do that. When they receive it, they should be able use the option in their e-mail porgram to add you their address book. That will add the information they need to their computer to be able to email back to you.
Once they have done that, have them check what their address book says your email is. I suspect that you have the address wrong. Normally there is not a ".I" on the end of an address.

my email address ends in yahoo.com without the .l Try sending email to yourself to see what happens or send email to a friend and then ask him what your email address really is? I suspect that the .l part is not there.
