If you're with the same partner, have him checked as well. He may be reinfecting you. Also, make sure to wipe front to back after going to the bathroom. If you wipe back to front you risk getting small particles of feces in contact with your vagina, which is one cause of bacterial vaginosis.

Your partner has contracted this from you even though there may be no symptoms and about the time you get back to normal then your partner is passing the infection back to you through sexual intercourse. There are topical creams that can cure this...
