Don't listen to your brother that how they are. I do like legging's and they are in still for the fall. I still see them in stores and girls wearing them around so you should be cool for back to school season. I think legging's should be hung up by october nobody should be wearing them then.

I don't think he is retarded. I think he has the same opinion of most guys. I am a girl and used to wear leggings with sweaters or big shirts back in the 80's but skirts look better with bare legs or hosiery which I quit wearing because it is uncomfortable.
