I'm guessing it could be a condition called follicular hyperkeratosis. This scary-sounding name simply means the hair follicles on your arm have a hardened appearance and look red and bumpy. You need to exfoliate when you're in the shower. Use a grainy-type of cleanser or scrub with a loofa sponge. After your shower, use a generous amount of a rich body lotion. It takes time, but with conscientious care, those rough red bumps will gradually disappear. But I would first check with a doctor to make sure exactly what the problem is. Without seeing the pimples, I could be wrong.

i have this and i was scared of what it was at first. it is dry skin severly dry skin and they call it chicken skin. you need to moisturize alot i recommend using eucerin the most intense kind and it should go away in about 6 months. do it every time after you get out of the shower for full effect. im in my second month and i see a hell of a difference i feel a lot better about myself. so i hope this helped. good luck

It maybe scabies. Does it itch? See a Dr. for a skin scraping. Try a 1% hydrocortizone cream. You can buy over the counter at any drug store.

omg i have that on my arms too. What you are supposed to do to get rid of them is exfoluate then put cream on your arms twice a day. It is pretty common and they will also go away with age
