Anyone else tired of people screaming racist?

Question

Everytime someone cuts you off in line, they are racist,
Everytime someone says something about your kids, they are racist,
Everytime a teacher gives your child a bad grade, she is racist. Everytime someone is promoted is was a race thing.
Everytime you have to wait in line like everyone else, it is a racist thing.
If someone is arrested, it was a racist thing.
If someone prefers their own race to date, it is a racist thing.
It bothers me, that people think like this. It is a cheesy excuse. It is an uneducated excuse. Look at the problem and not place blame. Why be so negative and so sighted and think it is always a race thing?

Our US Constitution says all men are created equal. I have seen some really poor people become rich, some really sucessful women, some really sucessful black people. Everyone has the same chance to succeed.

If a white people had that we would be labeled racist. You have the NAACP, what do we have. You have the United ***** Fund. Do we have a United White Peope Fund? See it is so easy to scream racist.

Bothers me too. Example, They say that they discriminated against you because you were old, fat, a woman, man, black, white, whatever. People never want to accept the real answer. like maybe you not the most qualified person or someone was in line before you. Some people like to make up excuses. It is so easy and uneducated to scream prejudice or race.

I am tired of the whole race card thing as well. But lets be real racism exists and muthaphukas is racist!! and you can tell on this site that there are still many many racist people. To really know if someone is racist then u would have to know there background how they grew up etc..... And the people using the race card can only go off past experiences to make this judgment. So we all might be tired of it but that doesn't mean its not without validity. Every situation does not warrant screaming racist. When I read the beginning of your post, I totally agreed. However, near the end, mentioning Miss Black America and BET has made me change my response. We had to come up with our own ways of celebrating our heritage and culture without the influence of white America, hence BET, Miss Black America, etc. Anyone that denies this, is lying to themselves. And if you know what NAACP stands for, you would not need to ask why there is no comparable group for whites. I am by no means a racist, but this country has a racist past, and these things came about as a result. I do not want to be hired or given anything BECAUSE I am black, but rather because of my talent/skills. FYI...'all men are created equal' was a bunch of crap because it did not apply to blacks.

Sure, it is time to stop playing the blame game. Unfortunately, the group mentality prohibits this. Individuals are smarter that the group. Listen, it took centuries to create this problem and it will take just as long to fix it. That's is just the way life is, darling. Now stop being so upset that things were created to help blacks get ahead. Again, because of segregation a few short decades ago, these things were created. Yes, we all wish that things could have been truly equal but they weren't. Please, try to live in reality but do continue to hope for the best.

I strongly agree with u. I am from Louisiana (you know the Katrinia state) and that is the first thing those who chose not to evacuate yelled...racism. The rescue workers saved just as many black people as they did Spanish, White, etc. The ACLU is all over everything that remotely affects black people, but if the black community did anything to offend any other race where is the ACLU then. So yes, I am sick and tired of everyone hollering racism. By the way, if it makes any difference I am not White, I am Spanish.

Course it bothers me in a big way, especially the way my parents do it all the time. And then start talking about other races. We are black and I know some folks don't like me because of that and thats really their low-life opinion. But I say screw the folks that claim racist everything. I'm black and I don't even say it at all. Hell you wait in line you do it like other ppl, if you have bad kids you whip their *** and move on. But some ppl just won't let that stuff die, I mean in the past everything was about race, but now everyone should just drop it and move the hell on.

Neither of you know anything about racism and in America minorities will never be equal to whites. You (as a white person) have lived with a unrealized sense of "entitlement" and it just screws up your entire thought process that someone else is stating many things in this country are unfair to minorities. Do some real studying of the culture and history of this country and how government aid, grants, etc are allocated for different states according to how many whites are in the populists of that state. How ironic that "whites" don't want to "place blame" because it was their fore-fathers that implemented the Jim crow laws, segregation, etc. And why we have such a huge issue of racism in our country.

Reverse racism is a farce, racism has power to oppression another race....minoirities do not have that power.

Its the way of the nation now a days, thats the way blacks get attention. No matter what you do as a white person, everything you do is racist, and it took the liberals in the government to make it damn near a law. Its the US governments way of reparations for the blacks to give them all the leverage they can get for what ever reason, to achieve their goals in life. I mean, if you watch TV now a days, all white men are hateful, racist, rapist, murderers, stupid, klans members...etc... Thats what happened when the liberals took over the country. I am white and I am discriminated against. I am not first on the list to be hired. I'm sick of it too. I don't complain about my situation and wish others would quit complaining too.
