I am a very hardworking and goal oriented individual.I just started working in a company which i have no prior experience. My problem is that I get very nervous arond my collegue and clients, and don't get confidence to be sure whether i am doing things right, even though most time i am right. My boss always tells me that i am doing things wrong and constantly watches me on camera which makes me even more nervous. Please help!!

Have you considered talking to a therapist? From your brief writing, it appears you may suffer from anxiety. Perhaps some cognitive-behavior therapy will aid you in situations where you feel uncomfortable.

Try this--when your boss puts you down, answer her/him like this--"So just to clarify, you prefer that we do [this task] like this? Thank you for the feedback." Do not appear upset or frustrated but smile with confidence. That way, it shows that you got the message, but the personal insult "did not compute," so to speak.

Smile when you are on camera, too, b/c that will show you know what you are doing (even if you aren't sure that you do). I am certain that after a while, he/she will back off.

You see, if you let yourself be put down, some people will take advantage of that and see how nervous they can make you. Don't let them.

Forget the "no prior experience." They hired you. Hands-on experience is the best kind, anyway. Nobody knew everything when they first started. Not even your boss.
