Sony Vaio Reboot Question! NEED HELP!?

okay i have a sony vaio and i rebooted my computer back to the way it was when i bought it (losing everything).... i dont have a recovery disk, but the sony vaio support line told me how to do it. they arent open at the moment and i cant remember how to do it! i remember starting my computer and pressing F1 or F2 i cant remember and after that i have NO CLUE what to do next! I dont mind losing all of my information, there's nothing much on my computer that really needs to be saved.... can anyone help?

turn the power on and press F10 until the recovery session starts :)
