When it comes to head games and the bull---- people dish out, it is best to back away. Seperate yourself from people like this. Do yourself a favor and go off on your own for a while. Sit on your porch and watch the clouds glide by. Feel the wind in your face. Treat yourself to your favorite food, read a book, go to a museum and look at art. Sit in a park and watch the children play and watch people interacting.. Seek out someone who is a trusted friend or relative and just talk about nothing in particular. Free your mind and try to get a good night's rest. And if you are feeling blue the next day, do some of these things over again until you appreciate your own company. Tell yourself you are someone of high value and if others don't see this in you, they don't deserve to know you. No one is more important than you. Put yourself first for a change.

Try to be a good person, seems like you are always the one who gets burned?? Sorry. :( Unfortunately people can truely suck. You can really be brought down by your fellow human race. But then there are people out there who are genuine and kind and want only the best for you. Your mood is similar to mine when I feel overwhelmed by life. Just try to remember that it is only as good as you make it. It is ok to have an off day here and there, but if you let it suck you in and define you then you may have a more serious problem. Try to get some rest, then go to the ocean, watch the sunset, visit the zoo, go to the park and watch kids play. Find simple beauty and wonder, it is a much better place to focus your energy and you would be amazed at how much better you feel when you stop looking for the negative and discover some pure positive. Good luck. Hugs....

Yes!
Take a drive with the windows down! Play what ever music you like as loud as you want to! Laugh at the people that look at you in a funny way and relax! Breathe in Breathe out as deep as you can.
Do something unexpected for yourself, let yourself go! Keep it legal, keep it SAFE but do something you never thought you would do, just to get a well deserved LAUGH!
Crank up Elton John as loud as you can next to the car playing the LOUD BOOM BOOM BOOM that some people can't stand.
That is really a good Laugh, I have done it and it surprises the HECK out of the person playing the BOOM BOOM!!

i had the same feeling , plus tired all the time and a bit nervous

go get a blood test to check your thyroid, and if it is not that at least the doctor can check you out.

Before that try to get lots of sleep and if you are on a diet you may just not be getting enough calories hence the mood swings!

sorry mate but if you think its more emotional than medical you did not say it but again you may need to seek help but only you know that may be the case

You have "tiredness of spirit", my friend. It's a tiredness from which even regular sleep can't help you recover. I don't know what circumstance you're in, but you need a 3-day break from everything, out in nature, to disconnect from all triviality. Do you have beach nearby, or a National park with campgrounds? Do that, and the spirit will reconnect automatically.

I toatally had one of those days today. I still am. It felt like there was nothing to do so I would go onto the computer. But there was nothing to do on the computer and it felt like everytime i pressed a key my wrist would fall off. So I watched TV but ther was nothing on. So I tried to take a nap but I was too busy thinking to get any sleep.

I think its called depression. I'm depressed. I'll just wait for it to pass.

I know how you feel. As crazy as this may sound, go out and do something really nice for someone no matter how irratated you are, force yourself, It dosent take long and you will be shocked at how you feel. If that dont work, lock yourself in wherever it is you stay for a few days and dont come out till you feel better.

When I get tired I like to go to sleep. I love to sleep. zzzzzzzz. I have been taking Trazodone to help me sleep. Yeah, works pretty good most of the time. Watch sitcoms too. Laughter is good for you when it doesn't bother anyone else.

The answer is obviously yes. Take things one step at a time, tell people you want them to be upfront and blunt with you and see what happens. If it makes you feel any better, I do this. :D Good luck
