Happiness is a warm chocolate chip cookie, a cold beer, your favorite song on the radio, getting laid,... You eat your cookie, drink your beer, sing along to the song, have an orgasm,... Happiness comes in 5 minute increments and you enjoy them as they come and don't expect to be happy constantly, it ain't happening.
