Steroids when not legally used is just like using marijuana and other drugs and must be punishable with the same penalties and number of years in jail.

I know if you have a certain amount or enough to complete a "cycle" you can also be charged with trafficking along with what ever else they can charge you with. check steroidlaw.com that's whom the pros and even balco used for there defense in their respective trials.
