Nobody know the exact, factual, reason they got divorced, except for maybe their lawyers, family, and people in court. It was stated that Brooke filed for divorce because of Jeff's "marital misconduct". It was also stated that Gordon requested "all surveillance materials in connection with this action." So whatever the misconduct was that he did.....she either had pictures or video of it. They never released what it was exactly he did though.

Because she was a money grubbin,,,bible thumpin hypocrit,,,who tried to completely run his life,,,he couldnt take a leak without her approval. She wanted control of EVERY penny he made. Not to mention she would FORBID him to even LOOK at another woman,,even if it was just to sign autographs,,which is part of his job,,,,in other words,,,she was just like 90% of all of the women that stalk sports figures,,,,its all about the $$$$$$$$,,,oh and by the way,,,in the divorce,,,the poor little girl ended up with over 20 million dollars

She had proof. How do you think she walked away with all she did? That easily and quickly. It was pay off to keep her mouth shut. He'd have given her everything. Yes, he believes his secret is worth everything he owns. That's his choice. Why are people blaming her? He committed himself to her by marraige and he didn't come thru, he had a secret to keep and decided the best way top do it was pay her off, she agreed. For making future money he needed to keep the clean image for himself. (ha ha) Future money making (image) more than makes up for what he gave her he already had. For that kind of money.....most of us would take the money and run and live a good life without him.
