I could see why they would lip sync when they're on stage. If they're running around, dancing, etc. they could end up getting winded or sing off key during a move. If they want the audience to hear the song and not get distracted by the variations that could come up during the live performance, I don't see why they couldn't lip sync if it's their song and their voice.

It relies upon, in the event that they are doing it interior the path of the completed finished stay overall performance, then yeah it is going to be banned reason it relatively is merely ordinary stupid. yet while they are merely doing it in some songs and nonetheless supply some form of overall performance, like dancing or some thing, then what the heck i will forgive you. additionally, they shouldn't say like that they do no longer lip-sync while they actually do, it relatively is mendacity. in case you may desire to lip-sync, a minimum of admit it.

No, how would they ban lip syncing? After all, its the fans of those lip syncing artists that keep them popular. If everyone quit being fans of them, it would stop.

well if they're performing a dance routine along with their song then no...it's very hard to dance while singing at the same time...although there are some singers who can sing and dance at the same time...but if you're just sitting on a stool singing a love song then yes, it should be banned

My kids were complaining about that.
No, it shouldn't be banned. It's a free country. But they should be ridiculed and harassed to no end like Ashlee Simpson was. Her credibility was shot for a long time and she'll never pull that stunt again.

Well, I can't say it impresses me and I definately think artists should use their talent, but she's not paid to sing. She's a performer. She's paid to entertain you. And she did.
