I did not have morning sickness but I did Crave peanut butter sandwiches before I took my test. I did get nauseated when smelling meat fry about 1 month of pregnancy. Those are the most common symptoms. The others do not come until later such as the breast tenerness, the milk leaking, the braxton hicks, the swelling of feet, weight gain, etc.

While many women have no signs of pregnancy until 6-8 weeks, some signs of pregnancy can occur the day after conception. These are not often documented in medical treatises because historically many male doctors thought all pregnant women were hysterical and incapable of clear thought!
Many symptoms involve the breasts -tender breasts, shooting pains in breasts after consuming caffeine, blue veins appearing on breasts, small bumps on area surrounding the nipples, swollen breasts all may occur. Other early signs may be swelling in the abdomen, enhanced sense of smell, bluish-purple cervix, muscle cramps and twitching, and frequent urination.

tender, swollen breasts; tingling nipples; fatigue; implantation cramps and/or bleeding (anywhere from 6-12 days after ovulation - typically 8-10 days, not all women experience this); nausea and/or vomiting; increased sensitivity to odors; abdominal bloating; frequent urination; basal body temperature remains high; blue veins in your breasts; small bumps on your nipples become more apparent
Early pregnancy symptoms typically won't occur before implantation occurs anywhere from 6-12 days after ovulation and hCG starts being produced. Many women do report symptoms sooner than that, though. Early pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms, though (breast tenderness, fatigue...), so it's often difficult to know if the symptoms are early pregnancy or pre-menstrual symptoms, especially if you start experiencing a symptom around the time you're supposed to start your period.

Even before I knew I was pregnant, I started having very vivid dreams. I did not associate it with my pregnancy. However, I read somewhere later, that many women experience that, and that it is somehow related to the pregnancy hormones.
