Craig's List. You can post anything there for free. When you go to the Craigs List webpage, look on right side of page, click on your state (or country) and then click on the city you leave in or live closest too. Pretty cool site to list anything on

You can place the ad many places just be aware that not that many people are willing to buy from you if you don't use a real estate agent (it's such a racket). No other agents will even consider bringing their client to you unless you at least co-broke (pay their commission - at least you save your half of it). If you don't co-broke you limit your audience even more.
