The electric meter is what the electric company comes and reads at your house, so they can bill you for the electricity you have used.

A seismograph records earth tremors, such as from earthquakes or volcanoes.

An electrocardiograph records the electrical activity of your heart.

A barometer measures air pressure.

A speedometer measures vehicle speed.

An altimeter (not altemeter) measures altitude above sea level.

A spectroscope shows the spectral lines of incandescent elements.

I do not know what you mean by an "electric meter" but the others are as follows:
seismograph = device to measure energy waves in the earth that produce earth quakes (seismic waves)
electrocardiograph = device that measures the electrical impulses that are generated by your heart during its working cycle (The EKG or ECG)
barometer = measures the relative atmospheric pressure
speedometer = measures the velocity of a vehicle to which it is attached
altimeter = measures the relative altitude of an aircraft
spectroscope = measures the wavelengths of light that either pass through, given off by or are absorbed by an item.

i know that speedometer and barometer arn't electric meters, and neither is a seismograph. an altmeter i think records currents or resistance of an electric current so i donno if u can consider it an electrical meter, and i'm sure a spectroscope isn't electical. well then since if electro cardiograph is the only one who says electo, then the electro cardio graph

seismograph is a device that records seismic waves, like from an earthquake, cardiograph is graphing your heart, barometer measures air pressure, speedometer measures velocity, altimeter measures altitude

electric meter = I assume a device for measuring voltage or amperage in an electrical system...

seismograph = measures the intesity of an earthquake

electrocardiograph = EKG... measures electrical impulses over the heart, checking for irregularities in heartbeat and signaling

barometer = measures atmospheric pressure (or that of any gas)

speedometer = ...cmon think, it measures velocity (speed)

altimeter = measures altitude (height) above a certain reference point

spectroscope... not 100% on that one.
