Charging extra to "expand and diversify its student body"?? What does that mean?
It is simply not right to charge students any fee not directly related to education.
Wouldn't it be good if universities in this day and age concentrated on EDUCATION rather than futile attempts at social engineering?

It is very wrong to keep heaping road blocks into the way of middle class success.
Most people who want to go to college but cannot afford it take out loans.
Why should the students taking out loans have to take a higher loan to fund the education of someone else?
It's insane!
