The short answer is no. Hair is dead tissue. As long as you are consuming sufficient protein for your body to produce hair then there is nothing you can do to accelerate the rate at which your body produces the new material necessary to produce hair.

My experience, if you wash your hair over room temperature water frequently it would grow faster. As you are stimulating the hair follicles.

So go and hit the shower!

hair where? drink protein shakes... hair is made out of protein... or uhh shave if its on your face... shaving makes your hair grow faster. or actually grow.
