I would like for my house to be used as a location ,for professional movie making.

Take pictures of your house, put it on casting and location websites, put ads in Craigslist (in both Los Angeles and whatever city you live in), and backpage.com.
I'm assuming that your house is special in some way?

find an angle.....or something that is unique etc...about your house that may interest someone...making a movie...
then contact agencies that scout locations for movie makers

You could put out an all points bulletin that states-" House ready to trash for your next movie project". I'm sure someone would answer. seriously I'm sure that you could contact a local production
company to check that scenario out -But Why?
