spiderman because he can dodge the spells. unless harry potter freezes him or something... *shrug* and wouldn't it be weird that harry potter would travel all the way to america (vice versa for spiderman in traveling to europe) just to fight? harry would've rather looked for the horcruxes and killed voldemort rather than go in a boxing match with another superhero.

Harry Potter. All he needs to do is say the stunning spell and Spidey's lost. He can also dissaparate if Spidey gets too close.

as much as i luv harry potter, i would say spiderman
just becuase he is faster and more physically adept
plus spiderman has the webs and can steal harry's wand or trap him in a web or something
