If I was 23 weeks on August 4th, and my expected date of delivery is the 1st of December, when did i get pregnant? If anyone can answer this, it would be so helpful.
When i went to see my OBGYN, a nurse told me that they count a week after my last period. But i dont remember when that was. I just know my last possible period was in late January. Please help!

Per the calendar your first day of last period would of been Feb 24th. That means you should of conceived around the 8th of March. The weeks counted by the doctor starts the first day of your last period. You wouldnt actually conceive the baby until the 2 wks after your last period.

Counting 23 weeks backward from Aug. 04 brings you to February 24th - give or take a few days.
Due date is an estimate. If you have data from an ultrasound that gave a date, it will be more accurate.
As someone else alluded to - are you trying to figure out who the father is? Because that's the only reason the date of conception would be an issue.
As long as the baby is growing and moving around, you shouldn't be getting your stress levels up unnecessarily.

If you go back 23 weeks, this should have been when your last period was expected. A typical pregnancy is based on a 40 week gestation period

I'm theorizing around April 7 according to your due date. Everytime I was pregnant (5 x total), I was told to add 7 days to the first day of my last period, then add 9 months. For example, with my son, my last day was December 6; my due date was September 13 (he was born a week late on Sept. 20). My daughers, however, were born on their due dates and I used this formula to calculate their due dates.

my gf is also due dec 1st also. her LMP was feb 24th and we conceived on Mar 10.
