Just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between what hydro/haze/purple haze is when you put in it a blunt or joint??? What does it look like (Haze)?? What does it do to the marijuana and what are the effects of it when mixed with marijuana??

hydro, haze and purple haze are all forms of chronic...
chronic IS marijuana
(modern day pot) chronic is specially grown buds .. with special lightning, special watering system and extra ingredients.. its carefully taken care of and given a lot of love while growing... this stuff is super expensive and you only get a little for 20 which is smoked up in an instant....
(old school cheech and chong pot) stress buds aka dirt weed aka brown frowns aka seedy s h i t aka Maryjane IS also marijuana but its grown wild outside and gets basic sun and water... this stuff is cheap and affordable and a 20 can last a week
also the HIGHS are totally different but that's awhole other story and I got my bong packed & waiting to be smoked....

hydro is grown hydroponically, without soil. purple haze is a strain of marjiunana, it has a deep purple color in the buds. its best to smoke it in a glass pipe or bong, the weed is usually really sticky and sometimes that will keep a blunt from burning properly.
