Goats can be cut into pretty much the same cuts of meat as a deer or a hog. The only difference will be in the size of the cuts and maybe the taste. I have never eaten goat, but the Saudis do.

Cut in to slices, mix little salt & dry it in the sun light for 3 or 4 days & mix chily.ginger & garlic paste & fry it in the oil,very very very tasty u can keep in a bottle for month & months.
