Not really . But i do know of one. Ottawa is a city in north-central Illinois. It is the county seat of La Salle County, Illinois

You really shoudn' go around asking questions like that. There are some really violent people out there... both black and white. But I do not know what you mean by "ethnic" or "polish".

My city has 99% white people....I think there is one person at my school that isn't white and they just came here like a year or two ago.......yeah
