Your body mass index (BMI) is 24. "Normal" is considered to be from 18.5 - 24.9, so you are on the very high side of normal. Might be time to start an excercise program.

Forget what charts say you should weigh. That stuff is honestly more for people like me who are very obviously overweight (I'm a size 20) and even then it's only a guide. How do you feel? Do YOU like your body? That's what counts. But my whole life I was always on the high end of what the books said I was supposed to weigh for my height. I'm 5'7" and they say I should be around 135-140, but I was always around 150-155, and I couldn't keep my weight down without starving myself. Forget what the books say and concentrate on just being healthy and happy.

You are a woman. We are all built differently, carry our weight differently. We have curves, get hips, boobs, and sometimes a little extra on the rear. But that is what makes us beautiful. A womans body is amazing, beautiful and awesome (we can have babies!). Don't worry about terms like "fat" and "overweight" Just enjoy life and be happy. It is too short to spend worrying what other people think of you. Go have a piece of pie! :)

Mmmm....sorry to say but yes. That's how much I weighed 2 months ago, and I hated how much weight I'd put on in the last year (15 pounds), so now I'm working on losing it. Even if you have a lot of muscle (I do from working out) you've got to lose the fat over it. Oh, and I'm the same exact height as you too.

Depends on your age and bone structure. If you are in your 40's and have a large frame and are very physically active, then, no you are not. Remember: muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are athletic, you will weigh more but be healthier than someone who weighs 120 and is not active at all.

No, you are not overweight, I just checked your BMI and it was 24. Try not to gain any more weight though, as a BMI of over 25 is overweight. Just eat healthily and get plenty of exercise. Avoid dieting though and stay postive. Take care : )

knowing you age is the only thing that matter. But I am 5' 9" and I weight 145 pound is there a problem here with my weight. For you I will say you will be at your proper weight only if we know you age.

You are average for an American.
Losing 10 pounds of fat (not muscle or water weight) would be really good. I think at 120 you would be perfect. But really, how many people are perfect?

Probably not if you're a medium or large frame but you can't go just by height/weight. You need to know your bodyfat %. You're probably about a size 6?
