I thought High would resemble the real world- how wrong I was. Alot of the so-called popular kids are now normal everyday people, the geeks and nerds are just everyday people.... and so on. The lesson is : who you are in high school will not really matter all that much when you get out in the real world, don't let others intimidate you, make you feel less superior or upset, in the end of 4 years, they will be just like you.

It's not a life lesson, but I will never forget how to say the Pledge of Allegiance in French! Someone always had to say it at the start of every class, and everyone would always look to me to say it because I guess I knew and could pronounce it best. So, it's pretty much stuck in my head forever LOL.
