It depends on what you call ugly. My neighbors are the best ones I've had since I moved here 13 years ago. They have been there for almost 5 years. The neighbors before them were what I would call ugly. They (men) would use the bathroom outside, didn't care who saw, and they were over here all hours of the day and night wanting to borrow something. Even personal items! That's what I call "Ugly"!

Right now I'm away at college, and both of my neighbors are VERY good looking.
But back at m parents house, yes, my neighbors are ugly.

One neighbour next to me is a real nut case. He smokes crack on a regular basis, always has prostitutes at his home. Paints red crosses all over his home and backyard and calls me the Devil. Has a huge belly and look like he has large man-breasts.
One ugly sob.

I live next to a fat girl, a skinny, ugly girl who's always bitchy, and across from a gay couple & a married couple.
So, I guess you can say I have nothing interesting to look at.

yeah......they're both fat and the dude always seems to think that it's a good idea to take his shirt off when he cuts the grass.
it totally freaks out the neighborhood.......not a pretty site.
