I've been looking for a 1946 studebaker m15 carbureter! And i can't seem to find one! HELP!!

If it's the 232 caddilac engine, I have one. It's a stromburg carb. You can order one from any Studebaker supplier around. Do a search on the internet. The company is still in buisiness in Ontario. Good carb. All brass parts. They never give troubles. Is yours gone entirely? Good luck.

I would check the advertisements on Hemmings Motor News on line. Hemmings runs thousands of ads monthly from people selling classics, antiques, hot rods, race cars (even old Indy cars), and people parting out such vehicles, or offering restoration services.
