Besides here on Yahoo Asnwers! I want to get my own advice column or something like that on the internet.

Google has Google Questions. At the moment they are not looking for any more advisors but you could put your name down.
You could set up your own Yahoo group or there are literally hundreds of forum sites which you could use.
In the mean time, practice on here. There is an art to writing good answers (and to writing good questions, too). Let us see how good you are! I see that you have 4% Best Answers. I would work on improving that - and one way you can do that is by studying the Best Answers of resolved questions.

Open up blog or web journal. Get it on to the bigger search engines and start work. but if you want something already out there like HTML a few sites will allow you to work under their title. or they will link to you.
