Looks will get a guys attention. Personality will keep him around. Personality is WAY more important than looks.

personality...there has to be something I am attracted to but not necessarily because of their good looks. I agree with another answer lovebug they become better looking the more you like them. What's really important is who they are as a person and if they are a beautiful person inside I will see that on the outside too.

for me the most important is the personality because you can see if the person has a good or bad personality...if looks you can't modify if he/she has a good looks but in his/her personality you don't even know the he/she's lying or telling the truth....

id say personality.... yes looks are the attraction to a person but if the person has no personality the looks alone wont get them far.. because its the person and there traits that keeps a relationship going
