Go to your local Jiffy Lube and request a FISC--Fuel Injection System Cleaning. My dad worked for Jiffy Lube for years, and he told me about the FISC stuff.

The first thing to check and probly the cheapest thing to replace is the fuel filter, its usually cylindrical and on a '95 its found on the fuel line, mounted on the fender wall, drivers side.
it would cost you twice as much to have just one of the injectors pulled and tested/replaced

The accelerator pump could be going bad, unless it's fuel injected, then it could be a clogged filter or the injectors need cleaned.

You have to do process of elimination, Your best bet is to replace the fuel filter, its the least expensive and if the hesitation is on take off its the most likely cause.

I had the same problem with my car. It was the timing on my car. If you find the distibutor and move it some it will adjust the timing
