I have tried to go to tools-internet options-change homepage. It keeps going back to martifinder.com. It really annoys me that i can't set my homepage to yahoo and everytime i log on its on martifinder.

It sounds like you have spyware/malware installed on your PC. You'll need to remove it first before attempting to revert to your preferred home page. I would recommend that you install Spybot S&D from www.safer-networking.org/. It is well known and supported.

Are you log on as an administrator? if not do so.
also consider you might have a virus. run an updated anti virus and if possible get also the latest anti spyware you could get (Spybot does very good job. look for it in the Internet)

Somewhere its promting you with a question asking if you want to save the changes. Usually when you shut down. Watch for it.

Oh yeah, you've got some pretty nasty spyware there that will be hard to get rid of.

its probably because you have "adware" or "spyware" on your computer. Buy a good anti-spyware software system, clean it out, then try changing it again.
