When you are composing an email just click the attach button. Select the file and attach it.

upload the picture via the "attatch files" button above the text box when you compose a new message. once pressed, five slots with five "browse" buttons appear on the page. click the first browse "button", and choose your picture, then click on the "attatch files" link at the bottom.

save it to ur pics...or u can right click and it'll say email pic if u r allowed to then go to compose and attach files...after that clikk continue to message and fill in the rest of the stuff and u got it!=D
