Well, once you get into highschool, boys are used to the fact that girls have to change their pads...so most of them wont be immiture about it.
But, I would keep it in a purse.
My sister went through her entire school carrer without a purse. And every morning, before she left for school, she would take a couple tampons (in your case it would be pads) and she just put them in her back pocket. People wouldnt notice. usualy they make pads small enough to fit in your pocket.
If you dont want to do that, then just carry it in your supply case or pencil bag, and just change it in between classes.
In terms of changing it, then I would just get a pass to go to the bathroom and take the pads with you. If you put them in your pocket, you dont need to bring anything. If you put it in your purse or folder or supply case, ten just bring that with you. If you would feel weird bringing your supply case with you, then you would have to sneak the pads in your pocket, before you go to the bathroom.
wow thats alot of writing :P
Good luck xDD♥

oh boy...been there done that....not fun....
carry a small purse, pencil case, or a binder w/a zipper and keep them in there. WARNING- use that zipper pocket for pads and pads only! you don't want one slipping out when trying to get something else! change your pad in the morning, at lunch, and after school when you get home. If you must absolutely change it during class time, get one from your purse/binder and slip it into your pocket. no pocket? no problem, slip it into your jeans, they should be tight enough against your skin that it won't slip, make sure you pull your shirt over it as well! politely ask your teacher if you may use the restroom. If he or she says no, say your feeling sick and they should let you go....all ways works for me! and wear loose clothing so you can't tell you wearing a pad, it makes you less self-aware!

Carry a purse or small handbag and bring it with you in the restroom. Try and change during your lunch period but go use the restroom if you need to. And dont worry every girl has her period and you shouldn't be concious about the wrapper noise. But if you are I find putting the hand dryer on is a good way to cover up noise.

You can hide them in your purse and take it into the bathroom when you change it. So no one can tell you are wearing pads you should use the thin ones and make sure you wear loose clothing when you have your period so you feel more comfortable.

Well, all girls have periods so no one thinks of anything when your pad make a noise.
If you still are worried about it wait till everyone leaves the bathroom. Or flush the toilet and quickly undo the pad as its making noise. Or cough and do it.

If you buy the ultra thing kind you can just keep one in your pocket without it being seen at all. When you go in the bathroom if you don't want someone to hear you open it you can wait for them to flush or turn on the sink or hand dryer or flush yourself so you can open the wrapper without noise.

Put them in your purse and dont worry if anyone sees them. Your are a female and you will have it for the rest of your life. So you should get use to it. You are not the only girl in your school that has your period.

what do you mean? you put the pads in your purse and you change in the bathroom where there's no boys lol, and of course, you get your own stall so no one can see you.

If you have a big purse, put them in there, just like, at the bottom or something. If not, just shove them into your bra.
And as for changing them-use the bathroom.
