No, and New Jersey should be demoted to a "region" or a "district" or some such nonsense. I mean, what's in Jersey? A little man writing blogs in his car hiding out from 2 girls on the internet using the alias "Smith"?

These are states or did you forget? My birth state is Montana. Did you mean "Do you think Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah should be omitted as States?" If so, then you misspelled omitted and made yourself look stupid, (no offense).

No, they shouldn't. However, instead, I think we should take over all of Mexico and make it a great big state as soon as possible. And for suggesting this, (and I'm sure I'm the first to have done so) I should be given the entire city of San Carlos Mexico. I will need as my Presidential Palace a huge hacienda overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Of course, I will also need a 75 foot sailboat complete with a crew of 35. All the crew members will have to pass my personal visual inspection and a rigorous physical endurance test.

They are states, do you want to ommit these states
I live in Nebraska, but I have to say the people here, although they are somewhat nice they aren't friendly and they can be very rude..You can ommit some of these Nebraskans.I grew up in Ga....people there have manners and are very friendly. Now there is a State....

New york was admitted. Louisiana too. If disaster areas like those can be states, why not the four you mentioned.

You're kidding, right? Cause they've been states for over 200 years now.
