Timber, Iron Ore, Coal, Gold, Silver, Grain, Animals, Tobacco, Sugar, Spices. A manufactured good such as a shovel is the opposite. Colonies sent raw materiel home, the the factories back home made goods, and then they were shipped back to the colonies to be sold at high prices (extremely profitable for the colonial power).

Renewable resources would include Plants, they can be grown again, cotton and flax would be would be examples(flax is made into linen). Animals can be hunted or fished, as long as the hunting/fishing numbers do NOT exceed the animals reproductive rate. Non-renewable would mostly be oil and minerals. You can't "grow" more oil, or "grow" minerals such as coal or iron. This is why recycling has become so critical in society.
