I'm curious when you are on the toilet how far do you pull your pants and underpants down? to the knees beyond the knees or around your ankles? Mine are around my ankles

I take mine all the way off because it is likly that I will have to take a shower after finishing.

I think this may depend on whether one is emptying their bladder (a female), or their bowels (both).
I'm a girl, so when I pee, the pants only need to come to just below the knees. However, if you're doing more than that you need to allow for further repetitive wiping movements, so the pants would come down around the ankles.
Based on this hypothesis, I would guess that most men have the pants down around the knees, since most stand up to pee.

i live alone, so if my gf isnt over, i just take my pants off alltogether, so i can spread my cheeks wider...saves time at clean up
