No way the best of all time. Great stats, no doubt. Hall of Fame is likely for Peyton, Super Bowl is getting less likely each year for the Colts. Last year was their year, but the Steelers lucked out in their playoff game and of course the rest is history. Peyton has the "monkey on his back" of not being able to win the big one. At UT I think it was Florida with Coach Spurrier that beat Peyton's Vol teams. As a pro, the Patriots have beaten Peyton repeatedly and of course last year it was the Steelers. Peyton deserves a better fate because he is an outstanding student of the game who has performed at a high level for a very long time. I'd actually love to see the Colts and Peyton win the SB this year.

True, no one runs the offense or ever has run the offense quite like Peyton Manning does. But that alone can't put him as the greatest QB of all time. Sure he racks up statistics like no one has since Dan Marino. BUT, he has yet to get that SuperBowl ring. They had ALL the pieces last year, and he still didn't get it done. In my opinion, he's may not even be the best QB right now. Tom Brady may own that honor. But give him five or six more years, and he could be the greatest of all time. (If he gets that ring.)

I think he is an awesome QB, but in order to be the best you have to have rings. Joe Montana in my opinion is the best QB ever. I'm not knocking Manning, cause I like the Colts except when they play the Bengals. He definitely is a smart QB with an exceptional arm. When he starts winning Super bowls we can look at the #'s. Marino (sp?) was an awesome QB with all sorts of records but he's usually excluded from best QB ever conversation because of the lack of rings.

1st of all, how many superbowls has Peyton Manning been to?
Answer: ZERO. Tom Brady is far better, and Ben Roethlisberger, for his age, destroyed Peyton's rookie stats, and his second year as well. No doubt, Manning is one of the best. But all time? NO WAY. Marino, Montana, does anyone remember these guys?

No, he is the biggest whiner of all time! Rothlisberger is the greates QB. unfortunately I will have to wait several years to be proven right. Plus Tom Brady is way better than Whiney Peyton- mark my words, this year little peyton won't do half as well while Big Ben continues to impress and dominate!!
GO STILLERS!!!!

Of all time? You must extremely young. Manning is an excellent QB but he's got a long way to go to prove himself even worthy of being in the top 20 all time.

He may be working on it but he's not there yet by a long shot.
Still playing, Brett Favre is No.1. Retired, Dan Marino still has him.

Best QB of all time is John Elway, Peyton is a good quarterback but we will see in time if he is considered great.
