Don't make funny of me or anything. Just bored... but yea, here goes.

Well, I'm 15, but am a little short for my age and overal, look like I'm 12 or 13, except my face looks like 14 or 15. Anyway, I've made friends with lots of people, younger than me and older in high school. My best friends are the guys that are 16, though. Well, anyway, we were in NYC and they're my friends and all, but when we were there (all of school was, like a bus trip... small school), they just ran off together and ditched me all the time. They do that a lot. And it's a small school, I don't have many other choices.

And when I tlak to people my age or 14 year olds, they act like hey're older. And my afore mentioned friends act as if I'm a Jr. Higher... Oh well. Thanks for listening... peace.

well really you still are young but i understand where your coming from,i guess the only thing you can do is be who you really are dont try to act like your older or anyone else because thats not you and gives off the wrong impression with the other guys doing then just stay away because they arent being who they really are either, having friends who are abit older can complicate things to because they might think how you think about the younger ones ,try to make new friends its hard to find true friendships these days or basically you might have to do what everyone else does and just lie about your age and all and just see how that works for ya hey :) cheers

Not sure what your question is, but here's my best shot.

As much as this doesn't help now, you will grow out of it sooner than you think. And believe it or not, if you look young, there will be a day when you appreciate it. I know, because I have always looked young too -- and now I really appreciate it!

In the meantime, do you have one or two people who you are very close to? Maybe you can hang out with them.

If you play sports, you can always bring the ball or the bat or something essential, and if your friends give you grief, just say you will take your ball or your bat and go home, LOL.

Seriously, if you have to beg someone to be your friend, that person isn't your friend. I grew up in a small town too so I understand the problem. But even in small towns there are a few people who are ok.

Hope this helps!

It's hard being a teenager...I don't miss it that's for sure, but here's alittle word from the wise, it's not how many friends you have, but the quality of friends...sounds like these people aren't real friends, you'll find real friends, what you look like has nothing to do with, I'm 5'4, and rather little, most people think I'm about 18 when I'm 29 but it;s never affected my friendships...

hey, it's not easy being green Kermit. Someday your body will catch up to you. The girls will be amazed and pleasantly surprised and a lot of your so called friends may even be jealous of the attention you receive.
I say ditch your pack and go for a select few good men. It's not how many friends you have that matters, it's the quality of the friendships.

All this this anguish ends the minute you graduate. There are no more cool kids or uncool kids.

Hold out. It's almost over.

P.S. We've all felt this way at some time in our lives.

they are not friends if they ditch you. try going for a couple of hobbies that way the people you will meet will be your friend because of your hobby & not your age. they wont bother if your old or young tall or small. they will be interested in you.
