I don't know...who can afford rent anymore. The cost of living is ridiculous. Can they even say cost of living is in effect anymore. Over the past two years (in my area) rent has jumped from an average of 500 dollars a month (for apartment dwellers) to 800 dollars. City home values went from 56,000 to almost 100,000. I live in a very small city...this is not New York! If you make a modest living of 10 dollars an hour and work 45-50 hours a week how the hell can you afford this!
In a nut shell the cost of living has gone up but wages have not! This sucks! And by the way...for example...and educated person that went to school to be a nurse starts out at 10 dollars an hour sometimes 8. You pay for schooling and this is what you get! You cant even barely afford to live.
Uhh...I went off on a tangent...but to answer your question: WHO KNOWS! :)

When it's time to pay the rent, I am going to go to the bank and get the money. Then I am going to take it to my landlord and pay him..
