I don't know but it's cheaper to live in Baltimore than it is to live in Washington, DC.

3brs , 1bath, eat-in kitchen, large living rm & dining rm, with basement in Baltimore is about 160,000. The same house in DC - 300,000++

They say Mississippi is one of the cheapest places to live, but I have lived here all my life and it doesn't seem very cheap to me.

aside from jail... i'd have to say texas. the cost of living is fairly low and salaries are fairly high. it may be hot as hell during the summer.... but we also get snow in the winter- so best of both worlds
