Oscars require a very, very large tank. For three of them, I would suggest a 75 gallon tank minimum. They are going to outgrow that 10 gallon very quickly, and if they don't get into something bigger, they will die. It is a myth that fish only grow as big as the tank...

If you do your regular (weekly) partial (25-30%) water changes like you are supposed to, 3 oscars will outgrow the 10 gallon tank in about 3 months. The rule of one inch of fish to one gallon of water only applies to small thin fish. One four inch oscar is too big for a 10.

Also, do not feed them live feeder fish. There is very little nutritional value in feeder fish. They are raised in outdoor ponds and the possibility of them bringing parasites and/or diseases in to your oscars is very real.

Dry cichlid pellets are very good for oscars and do not mess up the tank like live feeder remains do. I have even fed oscars good quality dry dog food pellets with good results. They must have high protein, though. From 40-50% protein is a must.

One adult oscar needs a 55 gallon tank, two would need at least a 75 and three adults would have to have a 125 minimum.

They get very large. They will easily grow into a 60 or 70 gallon tank. They can get over 10 inches.

55-75gal for 1 oscar, 125-180gal for a trio.

Oscars pack on the inches pretty quick, you'll be needing a bigger tank really soon.

Expect them to each surpass a foot in length.
